Unable to Download 2 Years, 5 Months ago  
Not sure if the forum is a good place for this, but at least there's a record of it.

Any way, I'm having some issues downloading the Adventure Kit for Beta 3. Tried a few times on a few browsers. Seems to hang around 2.5~ MB. Been like this for at least a day or two.

Not sure if any one else is having this problem.

Hi wellnowletssee,

We've had similar reports of download issues in the past. The frustrating thing is that it always works perfectly for us (I just tested it, and it downloaded and extracted perfectly).

I may try updating our download manager again, to see if they've fixed anything since last time.

In the meantime I'll send you an email with a different download link.

We just made some updates to our website that may resolve this issue. Can you try downloading it again and report back?

Hi Lorne,

I just tried, after i select agree and click the proceed button, i get redirected back to my products download page. There's an error on top saying "You are trying to access from a non-authorized domain".

Ah, I wonder if this has been the issue all along...

Try accessing the site from
Code:

http://www.ubiqvisuals.com/
(note the www)

I think that should work. For some reason things aren't working without the www subdomain.

FYI, I've fixed this now. ubiqvisuals.com should work the same as www.ubiqvisuals.com

FYI, this is still an issue. I was unable to download the file by either domain name. Once clicking on the download it takes me back to my downloads page. I also get an error on the page of

"The document is being edited/updated by a User and is unavailable at this moment."
